Sanjita Panthi- Counsel
Sanjita Panthi is a Counsel at Dispute Resolution Centre Nepal with a keen interest in arbitration. She is also an LLM Scholar focusing on commercial law. As a licensed lawyer, she integrates practical experience with academic insights to make meaningful contributions to her field.
Sairus Sharma- Counsel
Sairus Sharma serves as a Counsel at the Dispute Resolution Centre Nepal. A licensed lawyer and passionate advocate of alternative dispute resolution, he is currently pursuing his LLM with a focus on infrastructure law, energy law, construction law, and procurement law. In addition to his legal practice, he also teaches at law schools.
